Signing in and security

One PurePost account opens every app in your plan. Your password and security settings are managed in one place: Sign-in and security.

Add a passkey or two-step verification

  1. Open Sign-in and security and go to Account security → Signing in.
  2. Choose Set up passkey to use your phone, computer or security key instead of a password, or Set up authenticator application to add a 6-digit code from an app such as Aegis, Google Authenticator or 1Password.
  3. Follow the prompts. Next time you sign in you’ll be asked for the passkey or the code.

Save the recovery codes if offered. They are the only way back in if you lose your device.

See and sign out devices

Account security → Device activity lists where you’re signed in. Select Sign out next to anything you don’t recognise, then change your password.

Forgot your password

On any sign-in page choose Forgot password? and enter your email. Too many wrong attempts lock sign-in for a few minutes to protect your account; wait and try again.

Changing your email address

Change it under Personal info. You’ll need to confirm the new address before it takes effect. Your billing email is separate: update it from Billing.

Password manager note

Your password vault has its own master password in addition to your PurePost sign-in. We can’t recover it for you. See Password manager.
