PurePost Privacy Policy
Effective: 10-18-2026 · Last updated: October 19, 2026
PurePost provides hosted productivity services, such as file storage, documents, email, calendar, contacts and password management. This policy explains what personal information Solomon Advisory Group LLC, doing business as Solomon and Associates (“we,” “us”), collects to do that, what we do with it, and the control you have over it. It applies to the PurePost websites, the Services described in our Terms of Service, and our sign-up and contact forms.
Our other services and websites may have their own privacy notices.
The short version
- We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t show ads or use advertising or analytics trackers.
- We use your information to run the Services, bill you, keep things secure, and answer you.
- Your password vault is encrypted on your device with a master password we never receive.
- Our websites honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals (section 4).

| Your content | Files, documents, email, contacts, calendars, and encrypted vault data | You and the people who send you email or share with you |
| Email account | If your plan includes email: your display name and mailbox size, at your PurePost address | You, on the Your address page |

| Sign-up forms | Name, email, the topics you choose, and a record of when you signed up and confirmed, including a coded (hashed) form of your network address | You, on our forms |
| Other information you give us | Feedback, survey answers, and anything else you send us | You |
2. How we use it
We use personal information to:
- Provide the Services, including sync, sharing, search, document editing and email
- Bill you and manage your subscription, seats, storage and email account
- Keep accounts and systems secure, and detect and investigate fraud, spam, malware and abuse
- Answer support requests (we keep your plan, billing status, email addresses and phone number in our customer support system so we can help you), and send account, security, billing and policy emails
- Find and fix problems, using security and error logs
- Send the launch invitation and product news you asked for, with an unsubscribe link in every message
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms
We don’t use your content for advertising, and we don’t use it to train artificial intelligence models.
3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose personal information only to:
- Service providers that help us operate PurePost, such as providers of hosting and storage, email hosting (the provider that runs PurePost mailboxes), outgoing email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and, for sign-up forms and customer records, customer relationship management and task tools. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- People you choose, for example when you share a file or calendar, or send an email
- Others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of our users or others
- A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, who must keep honoring this policy for the information it receives
4. Cookies, tracking and privacy signals
Our websites have no advertising or analytics cookies or trackers, and load nothing from other companies’ servers.
We use only the cookies the Services need to work: sign-in sessions for the PurePost apps, and a short sign-in session (about 30 minutes) when you use account pages on our website, such as Your address. Stripe’s checkout and billing pages are on Stripe’s own website and use Stripe’s cookies under Stripe’s privacy policy. If you block cookies, signing in won’t work.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We honor both. When your browser sends either signal, our web servers record only a shortened form of your network address and leave out your browser type and the page you came from. We also treat the signal as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information; we don’t sell or share it in the first place.
5. How long we keep it
- Your content and account: while your subscription is active. When it ends, you have at least 30 days to come back or export it (Terms of Service, section 9); then we delete it, and copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire on their regular cycle.
- Email password handoff: a new email password waiting to be added to your PurePost Mail app is kept encrypted for at most 14 days, then erased.
- Logs: kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically, unless we need them longer to investigate a security incident or abuse.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Sign-up forms: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information.
- Deleted email addresses: a one-way coded form of the address, so it is never given to someone else.
6. Your controls and rights
You can review, update, export and delete much of your information through the Services, and unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as rights to access, correct, delete or port it, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@solomonag.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we respond as required by applicable law. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. Your password vault is encrypted and decrypted on your own device, and we can’t read it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee security. If a breach affects your personal information, we notify you as the law requires.
8. Children and family plans
PurePost isn’t available to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have, we delete it. Contact privacy@solomonag.com if you believe a child under 13 has given us information.
In a family plan, the plan manager can see account and usage information about members, such as names, email addresses and storage used, but not the content of a member’s account unless that member shares it.
9. Business accounts, other countries, and changes
Business accounts. When an organization subscribes, it controls its users’ accounts and content. Users of a business account should contact their organization about their data.
Outside the US. PurePost is operated from the United States. If you use it from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the US.
Changes. We post updates here with a new date, and email you before material changes take effect. We won’t use information we already have in a materially different way without your consent.
