PurePost Refund Policy
Effective: 10-18-2026 · Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Refund Policy is part of the PurePost Terms of Service between you and Solomon Advisory Group LLC, doing business as Solomon and Associates (“we,” “us”). It explains when you can get your money back.
The short version
| What you paid for | Refund window | What you get back |
|---|---|---|
| A new annual plan | 14 days from the charge | The full charge |
| An annual renewal | 14 days from the renewal charge | The full renewal charge |
| A new monthly plan | 3 days from the first charge | The full first charge |
| A monthly renewal | 3 days from the renewal charge | The full renewal charge |
| Upgrades, add-ons and seats added during a term | No refund window | Cancel any time to stop the next charge |
1. Annual plans
If you ask for a refund within 14 days after we charge you for a new annual plan, or for the renewal of an annual plan, we refund that charge in full, including any add-ons and seats bought with it.
2. Monthly plans
If you ask for a refund within 3 days after we charge you for a new monthly plan, or for the renewal of a monthly plan, we refund that charge in full, including any add-ons and seats billed with it. You can also cancel at any time from your billing page, and you won’t be charged again.
3. Charges that aren’t refundable
Outside the windows above, payments aren’t refundable. This includes:
- prorated charges for upgrades, add-ons and seats added during a term (downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so there is nothing to refund);
- unused time after you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
A refund window applies once per customer for each billing interval: if you have already received a refund of a new annual plan or of a new monthly plan, a later new subscription of the same kind isn’t eligible for another one. Renewal refunds aren’t limited this way.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email support@solomonag.com from the email address on your account, within the refund window, and tell us which charge you want refunded. The window is measured from the date and time of the charge on your receipt. If your request reaches us within the window, the refund is yours, even if we process it later.
When we refund the charge for a plan, your subscription is cancelled and access to the Services ends right away; the export window in section 9 of the Terms of Service then applies, so you can still download your data.
5. How refunds are paid
We refund to the payment method you used, through our payment processor (Stripe), usually within 5 business days of approving your request. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it. We refund the amount you actually paid, including any sales tax we collected, and not more: discounts and promotional credits aren’t paid out in cash.
6. When we refund without being asked
- If we end your service for a reason other than your breach of the Terms, we refund the prepaid time you didn’t use (Terms of Service, section 9.2).
- If we remove a major part of a paid service you use, you can cancel and receive a prorated refund for the unused time (Terms of Service, section 10.2).
- If we charge you by mistake, such as a duplicate charge, we refund the mistaken charge.
7. When we don’t refund
We don’t give refunds when we suspend or end an account because of fraud, abuse, or a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, except where the law requires it.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. While a payment dispute is open, we may suspend the account it relates to.
9. Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other right you have under the law where you live that can’t be waived by contract.
10. Changes
We may change this policy. A change applies only to charges made after it is posted, and we email you before a material change takes effect, as described in the Terms of Service.
