Files, calendar and documents

Your cloud at office.purepost.net holds your files, calendars, contacts and notes. Open a document or spreadsheet and it edits in the browser.

How much storage do I have?

Your plan’s storage is shown at the bottom left of the Files app. When you change plan, the new limit applies within a few minutes. If you’re over the limit after downgrading, nothing is deleted, but you can’t upload more until you free up space.

Sync files to your computer or phone

  1. Install the free Nextcloud desktop app (Windows, macOS, Linux) or phone app (iOS, Android).
  2. Enter the server address https://office.purepost.net.
  3. Choose Log in, then sign in with your PurePost account in the browser window that opens.

Calendars and contacts on your devices

Calendars and contacts use the standard CalDAV and CardDAV protocols.

  • iPhone / iPad / Mac: add a CalDAV and a CardDAV account with server office.purepost.net. Use an app password (below) rather than your sign-in password.
  • Android: install DAVx⁵, choose Login with URL and user name, and use https://office.purepost.net/remote.php/dav with an app password.
  • Thunderbird: calendars and address books can be added from their Share → Copy link menu.

App passwords

Devices that can’t open a sign-in page need an app password: in the cloud, open Settings → Security → Devices & sessions, enter a name and choose Create new app password. Revoke it there if a device is lost.

Sharing

Share any file or folder with a link (optionally with a password and expiry date) or with another PurePost user.
